What you need to do

Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure a smooth and effective pest control inspection and treatment:

  • Identify the pest: Before you begin, make sure you have identified the pest problem you are facing. This will help us inspect and solve the pest problem.

Information for council tenants and leaseholders

Westminster City Council tenants and leaseholders should note:

  • No charge for treatments: Westminster City Council tenants are not charged for pest control treatments.
  • Booking requirements: In order to book as a council tenant or leaseholder, you will need your reference numbers, such as your tenancy number or leaseholder number.

Information for private residents

This service is currently only available for Westminster City Council Tenants and Leaseholders, council municipal buildings (such as Libraries and offices) and our Parks & Gardens department.

We advise private residents to contact the British Pest Association for advice, information, quotations and work by accredited pest control companies.
